County Agents are called different things in different parts of the country--Cooperative Extension Agents, Farm Advisors, and Agricultural Extension Agents, for example--but their function is always the same: to help farmers and gardeners with their plant problems. Their help is free, and they are likely to know more about your problem than any other source of help. Most counties in the United States have a County Extension Agent.
